How to Submit
You may print and mail this form, or send a clear written statement by email to warehouse@jupiterwatersports.com. We will acknowledge receipt without delay.
Important Deadlines
- You must submit your withdrawal notice within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your returned goods (or proof of return, whichever is earlier). Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or personalized boards and gear made to your specifications
- Sealed hygiene products (e.g., wetsuits, ear plugs, nose clips) that have been opened after delivery
- Digital downloads or software once accessed
- Deeply Discounted Products
