VIP Program Email Subscription Policy
To maintain active status within our VIP Loyalty Program, members are required to remain opted-in to our marketing communications. This policy ensures the successful delivery of program benefits, tier updates, and reward notifications.
1. New Member Enrollment
Upon joining the VIP Program, members who are not currently subscribed to our email marketing list are granted a 7-day grace period to opt-in. Failure to subscribe within this 7-day timeframe will result in the automatic cancellation of the VIP membership and the removal of any introductory status benefits.
2. Existing Member Unsubscription
If a current VIP member chooses to unsubscribe from our marketing communications, they will receive an automated confirmation email. This notice will confirm their opt-out status, outline the pending loss of all VIP perks, and encourage them to re-enroll to maintain their membership.
Concurrently, a 30-day grace period will commence from the date of unsubscription.
-
Reinstatement: To retain VIP status, the member must resubscribe to our email marketing list before the expiration of the 30-day window. Please note that VIP membership reactivation is permitted only once per account.
-
Forfeiture of Benefits: If the member remains unsubscribed beyond 30 days—or if they have already used their one-time reactivation allowance—they will automatically forfeit their VIP standing. This includes the permanent loss of all accumulated tier statuses, member discounts, and associated loyalty perks. Upon forfeiture, the account will be downgraded to a standard, non-VIP profile.
