Comprehensive Diagnostic Fee
- A $75 upfront inspection fee is required for all repair requests. This covers a complete, professional evaluation of your equipment by our technicians and a detailed estimate of the required work.
Fully Credited Toward Repairs
- If you choose to move forward with the quoted repair, your initial $75 inspection fee will be 100% credited toward your final invoice. (Should you decide not to proceed, the $75 fee is retained to cover the diagnostic time and labor).
Transparent Labor & Parts
- Approved repairs are billed at a standard labor rate of $75 per hour, plus the cost of any necessary replacement parts. We will never begin work or charge for parts without your explicit approval of the estimate.
