Shipping Policy

Free Shipping:
Jupiter Watersports offers free shipping on most orders over $99 within the mainland United States, excluding Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam and Hawaii. Oversize items such as kite surfboards, wing-foil boards, wing booms and large board bags will be assessed a flat rate charge at checkout. The larger boards, including all downwind boards,paddleboards and wing boards 5'11 and bigger, will be or may be assessed a flat rate air cargo shipping fee at checkout. If you're unable to pick up at your nearest airport, then please call us for alternative shipping options. We are committed to provide the most reliable shipping services at the lowest cost. Large boards also may be subject to extra shipping costs once ordered, as shipping rates are always changing. We will do our best to assist you in shipping costs as much as possible.

All products must be inspected by the buyer upon delivery, check over all contents before signing off on the shipment. Do not sign for your shipment if there is any damage to your product. Refuse the shipment and we will resolve the issue in a timely manner. Once you sign for the board you assume all responsibility for any damage.

Expedited Shipping:
Please contact us via email, phone or make a note during checkout and we will contact you immediately with the different options.

International Shipping:
International shipping rates will be assessed at checkout for all items except for oversize items. Please contact us for an oversize international shipping quote. 

Shipping Methods:
We primarily use FedEx, UPS and USPS for domestic shipments and DHL or FedEx for international shipments.

Shipping Damage:
Any shipping damage must be reported to Jupiter Watersports within 3 days of delivery receipt. Please immediately e-mail us at warehouse@jupiterwatersports.com in order for us to best expedite your claim. Be sure to include detailed photos of the damage to the item itself, as well as corresponding photos of the shipping box damage and packaging material damage. Please do not discard the shipping box or any packaging materials until advised. Thank you.
