Return Policy
We want you to be absolutely pleased with your purchase from us. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return your product for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this 30-day period. A copy of the original sales receipt must be included in all returnshipments. All returned products must be unused, still be in brand-new condition,and include all original manufacturer’s packaging, tags, documentation and any applicable accessories. We will not accept returns on any products that have been considered as used.
Unrolled or inflated kites and wings will be considered as used products. Any control bar that has had the lines unwrapped will be considered as a used product.
We will supply you with a free return shipping label if you paid for the initial shipping costs. You will be responsible for the return label shipping costs for products that initially shipped for free. Returns will be refused if the products arrive damaged due to improper packaging or handling by the customer and/or shipping carrier. Please ensure that all items are carefully packaged. The customer is responsible until the returned products reach our warehouse. If any items are damaged during transport to our warehouse, the customer is responsible for filing an insurance claim against the carrier. We are not responsible for any returned products that are damaged or lost in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we have received the returned products. Once your return is received, and the products have met the above acceptance criteria, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. Should the original payment method not be possible, we can then offer the equivalent store credit.
We cannot accept returns on international orders.
You will have 7 days to contact us with any issues regarding demo and used products. Used items will not accepted without prior written approval from Jupiter Watersports.
All sales are final on all deeply discounted/ sale items ending in an advertised price of .97.
All sales are final on all battery-operated products including all Manta Foils products. Please contact Manta directly regarding any post-sale issues.
Regarding exchanges, if the item that you would like to exchange for is no longer available, we can either issue you a refund to the original method of payment or apply towards store credit.
For any defective new products that you might have received, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

LESSONS/RENTALS
There are no refunds on lesson or rental purchases. A store credit in the equivalent amount can be issued if you are unable to complete your lesson or rental package. These credits will expire 12 months from the original purchase date. You can apply your credits towards product purchases either in-store or online.
