1. Storage Subscription Terms

We strive to make storing your gear as simple and transparent as possible.

• Billing Cycle: All gear storage subscriptions are strictly month-to-month.
• Payment: Your first month's storage fee is due up-front at the time of checkout. This fee is based on the live quote generated by the gear and quantities you select from our drop-down menu. The payment period begins from the day that the gear arrives at our warehouse.
• Recurring Charges: Subsequent monthly charges will automatically be billed to your payment method on file every 30 days from your initial start date.
• Annual Plans: To keep our billing process straightforward and flexible for you, we do not offer yearly payment options at this time.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your month-to-month storage subscription and request to permanently pull your gear out of storage at any time.

• 30-Day Notice: A 30-day advance notification to cancel is required.
• No Prorated Refunds: If you choose to permanently remove your gear prior to the end of your currently pre-paid 30-day billing cycle, no refunds or rebates will be issued for the unused days.
• Continued Access: You will continue to have access to your storage allocation until the end of your paid 30-day term.

3. Shipping Quotes & Logistics

If you need your gear shipped to or from our storage facilities, you can request a custom shipping quote directly through our website.

• Quote Process: Use the gear drop-down menu to select the items and quantities you need shipped. You will be prompted to provide the origin address ("shipping from") and the destination address ("shipping to").
• Manual Processing: Currently, all shipping logistics are quoted manually. Upon submitting your request, our logistics team will review your details and provide a custom quote directly to your email.

4. International Shipping, Taxes, & Tariffs

For customers shipping gear internationally (either into the US from a foreign country or from the US to a foreign destination), all transactions are processed securely through Shopify's Managed Markets.

• Up-Front Fees: All applicable incoming US taxes, tariffs, and foreign country import fees will be calculated and collected up-front at the time of your final shipping payment. This same process applies to shipments to any of the 180 supported foreign countries (insert Managed Markets country list link here).
• Customs Guarantee: This ensures your gear will not be held up at customs due to unpaid duties.

5. Abandonment

• If the monthly rental fee has not been paid for a period of 30 days after its due date, all gear shall be considered abandoned under this Agreement and will be disposed of by any lawful means.
• Jupiter Watersports reserves the right to retain the proceeds of any sale of personal gear deemed abandoned.

6. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed under the laws in the jurisdiction of Martin County, Florida.

7. Entire Agreement

• This Agreement contains all the terms agreed to by the Parties relating to its subject matter, including any attachments or addendums.
• This Agreement replaces all previous discussions, understandings, and oral agreements.
• Jupiter Watersports and Tenant agree to the terms and conditions and shall be bound until the end of the Term.
