Return Policy

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase from us. However, if you're not completely satisfied, you may return it for a replacement or a refund within 30 days upon receipt of shipment. Simply ship or drop off your new unused items at the shop and we will take care of the rest. There is a 5% re-stocking fee for returns plus shipping charges.

All returned items must be in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. If you don't have all the packaging and accessories, a deduction might be made from your refund. We do not accept returns on international orders. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

We will not accept any used items. However if your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you may return it at any time. See our Warranty Policy.

If you would like to exchange products and are in a hurry, the exchange may be expedited by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise.

If the item you would like to exchange for is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a refund in the original form of payment.

Returns in Store:

  • Gather your purchased item(s) with all contents and product packaging.
  • Grab your receipt, if you don't have a receipt make sure you know the date the item was purchased so we may pull up your order.
  • Bring in your item for a 95% refund within 30 days of purchase or store credit if returned after 30 days. 
  • Warehouse sale items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.

Returns by Mail:

  • Gather your purchased item(s) with all contents and product packaging.
  • Include a copy of proof of purchase in with products - Invoice or Packing Slip.

  • You will be responsible for return postage. We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Jupiter Watersports is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. 

LESSONS/RENTALS :

**** There are NO Refunds for Lessons. A Store credit will be issued to any client who wishes not to complete their lesson package. There is no expiration to the credit issued, and you can apply to anything on our site, or share with a friend.
